SilverandBlueSports.com spent part of late October in the Bakersfield area catching up with future Nevada hoopster Jordan Burris. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the talented 6-foot-6 wing who attends Stockdale high school. Burris is simply a dynamic young player. Another potential Nevada recruit for the 2010 class could be Fairfield (Calif.) athlete Damon Treat. A blazing and shifty offensive prospect who could be a star on special teams, Treat is also an underrated defensive back. He was the Vanden high school Offensive MVP for 2008, and a first-team SCAC selection, Treat posted over 2,000 all-purpose yards in 2008.
Check him out in action in 2009 through his first seven games....
